Make your tools talk to each other. Finally.

Most businesses do not need more software. They need the software they already pay for to stop pretending the others do not exist — and someone to keep the whole thing running afterwards.

/ THE LEAK

What it costs you today.

Two columns, same business. The difference is whether the repetitive part is done by a person or by a system.

Without AI

Tools that ignore each other

  • The same customer exists three times, differently, in three systems
  • Someone exports a CSV every Monday because that is the only bridge
  • An integration broke in March and nobody noticed until June
  • Nobody can say where the authoritative number lives
  • When the site goes down at the weekend, there is no one to call
With Hagamart AI

Tools that behave like one system

  • One customer record, synced in both directions, continuously
  • The Monday CSV job deleted, permanently
  • Integrations monitored, with an alert the hour something stops
  • One agreed source of truth per number, documented
  • Hosting, backups and uptime monitoring handled, with a person who answers
/ WHAT WE BUILD

Six ways we build it.

Connect

System integrations

Two-way sync between the platforms you already run, with conflicts handled properly.

  • CRM, POS and e-commerce
  • Accounting and payroll
  • Bidirectional sync
Build

Custom APIs & webhooks

When no connector exists, we build the bridge — documented and versioned.

  • REST endpoints
  • Webhook receivers
  • Retry and replay logic
Messaging

Messaging & comms APIs

WhatsApp Business, Twilio, email and voice wired into the systems that need them.

  • WhatsApp Business API
  • SMS and voice
  • Transactional email
Hosting

Managed hosting

Fast, secure hosting with the backups and certificates handled so you never think about them.

  • SSL and CDN
  • Automated backups
  • Staging environments
Watch

Monitoring & uptime

We find out before your customers do, and the alert reaches a person rather than a log file.

  • Uptime and error alerting
  • Integration health checks
  • Performance budgets
Move

Migrations

Moving platforms without losing data, URLs or search rankings — the part most migrations get wrong.

  • Data migration and validation
  • Redirect mapping
  • Zero-downtime cutover
/ HOW IT WORKS

How the build actually runs.

Step one

We map what you already pay for

Almost every audit finds a subscription nobody uses and two tools doing the same job. That alone often covers part of the build.

Step two

We agree one source of truth

For each important number, one system wins and the others follow. Skipping this step is why integrations turn into an argument six months later.

Step three

We build and monitor the connections

Every integration ships with health checks, retries and alerting, because the silent failure is the expensive kind.

Step four

We keep it running

Hosting, updates, certificates, backups and the alerts. Systems do not stay working on their own, and most break from neglect rather than from load.

/ FAQ

About integrations & hosting.

What if our software has no API?
There is usually a route — a webhook, a scheduled export, a database connection or, at worst, a controlled screen-level automation. We will tell you honestly if the reliable option does not exist rather than building something fragile.
Can you host our existing site?
Yes, including migration from your current host with no downtime. We handle DNS, certificates, redirects and validation, and we do the cutover at a time that suits your traffic.
How do you stop an integration from failing silently?
Health checks that run on a schedule and alert a person, retry logic with dead-letter handling for anything that fails, and a log you can actually read. Silent failure is the default outcome unless it is designed against.
Do you work with Zapier and Make, or build custom?
Both. For low-volume, simple connections a no-code tool is the sensible answer and we will say so. For anything high-volume, business-critical or complex, custom is cheaper and far more reliable.
Will migrating platforms hurt our search rankings?
It can, and that is usually down to redirects being done badly. We map every old URL to its new equivalent, preserve metadata, and monitor Search Console through the transition.
What does managed hosting include?
Hosting, SSL, CDN, automated backups, uptime and error monitoring, security updates and a staging environment. If something breaks, you contact a person rather than a ticket queue.
