Most chatbots are a search box wearing a costume. Ours are trained on your products, your pricing, your policies and your calendar — so they answer like your best salesperson at two in the morning.
It is built to retrieve from your own content rather than generate from memory, and it is instructed to say it does not know and hand over to a person rather than guess. We test this deliberately before launch with questions designed to trip it.
Can it work on WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API. We handle the Meta business verification, the number setup and the message templates. SMS, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger and web chat work the same way.
Can it take bookings and payments?
Yes. It reads live calendar availability, holds a slot, and can send a payment or deposit link inside the conversation. Reminders and reschedules run automatically afterwards.
What happens when a customer wants a human?
The conversation hands over with the full transcript and any details already collected, so your team does not start from zero. You choose the triggers — a keyword, a frustrated tone, a topic the bot is not allowed to handle.
Does it work in more than one language?
Yes. It detects the customer's language and replies in it, with the tone and terminology you approve for each market. US and UK English are treated as separate variants because spelling and phrasing matter.
How is this different from the chatbot built into our helpdesk?
Built-in bots answer from a generic model and a short FAQ list. Ours is grounded in your catalogue, pricing, policies and order data, connected to your calendar and CRM, and allowed to take actions rather than only answer.
