AI agents that do the work, not just the talking.

An agent is not a chatbot with a bigger prompt. It is a worker that picks up a job, carries it through every step, handles the exceptions, and tells you when it is done. We build the ones that pay for themselves in the first quarter.

/ THE LEAK

What it costs you today.

Two columns, same business. The difference is whether the repetitive part is done by a person or by a system.

Without AI

Work that eats your week

  • Someone re-types the same data between three systems, every single day
  • Bookings, cancellations and reminders are handled by hand, so some get missed
  • Tickets pile up overnight and get triaged in a rush the next morning
  • Reports are assembled manually, so nobody looks at them until something breaks
  • Growth means hiring, because every extra order costs another slice of a salary
With Hagamart AI

Work that runs itself

  • Agents move data between systems continuously, with an audit trail you can read
  • Bookings, changes and reminders run end to end — confirmations go out in seconds
  • Every ticket is read, categorised and routed the moment it lands, day or night
  • Reports build themselves and land in your inbox before you ask for them
  • Volume doubles and the cost stays flat, because the agent does not need a second seat
/ WHAT WE BUILD

Six ways we build it.

Scheduling

Booking & reminder agents

End-to-end appointment handling across calendar, SMS, email and WhatsApp — including the awkward parts.

  • Reschedules and cancellations
  • Two-way calendar sync
  • No-show recovery sequences
Triage

Order & ticket triage

Every inbound message read, classified, prioritised and routed to the right person or process.

  • Intent and urgency scoring
  • Auto-routing by rules you set
  • Escalation to a human on doubt
Workflow

Multi-step process agents

Long-running jobs that span several systems and several days, tracked to completion.

  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Quote-to-invoice chains
  • Approval and sign-off flows
Back office

Data entry & reconciliation

The invisible tax on every business — matching, keying and checking — handled continuously.

  • Invoice and receipt matching
  • CRM and ledger hygiene
  • Duplicate detection
Reporting

Automated reporting agents

Numbers pulled, checked and written up in plain language, on the schedule you choose.

  • Daily and weekly digests
  • Anomaly alerts
  • Board-ready summaries
Oversight

Human-in-the-loop controls

Agents that know their limits. You decide what they may do alone and what needs a person.

  • Approval gates
  • Confidence thresholds
  • Full action logs
/ HOW IT WORKS

How the build actually runs.

Week one

We map where the hours go

A short working session where we watch the actual process, not the org chart. You get a written map of every step, who touches it and what it costs you per month.

Week two

We build the narrow version first

One workflow, end to end, running on your real data. Narrow beats broad — a working agent on one job earns trust and revenue faster than a half-built agent on five.

Week three

You run it with a safety net

The agent works alongside your team with approval gates on anything consequential. You watch the log, tighten the rules, and lift the gates when you are ready.

Ongoing

We widen it and keep it alive

Once one workflow is paying, the next costs a fraction — the plumbing already exists. We host, monitor and fix it, so it does not quietly stop working in month five.

/ FAQ

About ai automation & agents.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers a question and stops. An agent takes an outcome — book the appointment, resolve the ticket, reconcile the invoice — and carries it through every step across your systems, handling exceptions and escalating only when it genuinely needs a person.
How long does an AI agent take to build?
Most single-workflow agents ship in two to four weeks. We deliberately start narrow: one process, running on your real data, live in production. Broad agents that touch everything take months and usually get abandoned.
Will it work with the software we already use?
Yes. We build around your existing stack rather than replacing it — CRM, calendar, POS, accounting, email, WhatsApp, Shopify, spreadsheets. If it has an API, a webhook or an inbox, we can wire an agent to it.
What happens when the agent gets something wrong?
You set the limits before it goes live. Anything above your confidence threshold or outside its authority stops and asks a human. Every action is logged, so when something is wrong you can see exactly which step caused it and fix that step.
Do we need clean data first?
No, and waiting for clean data is how automation projects die. We start with the process that works despite the mess, and often the agent is what cleans the data as a side effect.
How much does an AI agent cost?
It depends on how many systems it touches and how much judgement it needs. After a free session we send a fixed-scope proposal with a defined price, so you are not signing an open hourly commitment.
