Where is Hagamart based?
We are a remote studio working with clients in the United States, United Kingdom and worldwide. What matters commercially is that US work is scheduled in US hours and priced in USD, both of which we commit to in the proposal.
Do you work in our time zone?
Yes — we schedule against your working day from Eastern through Pacific. Calls, reviews and support windows are set to your calendar rather than ours.
Do you handle TCPA compliance for automated SMS and calls?
We build consent capture, record-keeping, opt-out handling and 10DLC registration into any messaging system we deliver. We are not your legal counsel, and we will tell you where you need one, but the technical requirements are designed in rather than added afterwards.
Can you work with HIPAA-regulated data?
We build HIPAA-aware systems with US data residency, encryption, access controls and audit logging, and we scope the requirements explicitly in writing at the start. Where a BAA is needed we address it before the build, not after.
How do we pay you?
Fixed-scope proposals in USD, invoiced by milestone, with standard US payment methods. There is no open hourly commitment unless you specifically want one.
Do you have US clients we can speak to?
We will connect you with what we have honestly — and where we cannot yet, we will show you working systems instead, starting with Wearlie, which runs on the same stack. We would rather show you something live than describe something we cannot evidence.
