📦 Items Eligible for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges on the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Only non-intimate wear jewelry and unopened night suits may be eligible for return.

• Lingerie and intimate items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (unless defective or wrong item sent).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Lingerie or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

• Items purchased on sale or clearance

• Worn, washed, or damaged items

• Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

We allow exchanges for eligible items if:

• The size doesn’t fit

• The item is damaged or incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.

📮 Return Process

1. Email us at hagamartteam@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and share the return address if eligible.

3. You must ship the item back at your own cost (unless the item was damaged or wrong).

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
